Refund policy

We want you to love your BudBabes pieces. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. 💜

RETURNS
You can return your order within 30 days of the day it arrives. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible.

To start a return, email support@bud-babes.com with your order number — we'll reply with simple instructions and the return address.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, send us a quick photo at support@bud-babes.com — we'll replace it or refund you, usually without needing the item back.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received (or your claim is approved), we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order — or just email us and we'll sort it out together.
